Chandigarh, July 9: The Punjab Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) has announced a two-day Special Intensive Revision (SIR) camp at all polling booths across the state on July 11 (Saturday) and July 12 (Sunday), 2026, to help eligible voters fill and submit their Enumeration Forms.
The special camps will be held from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM as part of the ongoing House-to-House Enumeration drive, which began earlier and will continue until July 24.
Chief Electoral Officer Anindita Mitra, IAS, appealed to citizens who have not yet completed their Enumeration Forms to either contact their Booth Level Officer (BLO) or visit the nearest polling booth during the two-day camp. She said active public participation is essential to ensure that every eligible voter is included in the draft electoral roll, which is scheduled to be published on August 3.
The CEO also informed that Booth Level Officers will remain available at all designated polling booths throughout the camp to assist electors in completing and submitting their forms.
The Election Department has urged all eligible voters to make use of the special camps and complete the process within the stipulated timeline to avoid exclusion from the draft electoral roll.
